Switala's Construction was established in 1987 by three hardworking family members. Brothers Bill and Rick, along with their nephew Jim, have dedicated 21 years to nurturing Switala's Construction into the reputable, reliable and strong force that it is today.

Switala's has earned a very good reputation in the community and in the Western New York area due to Bill, Rick and Jim's strong work ethics, loyalty and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the years. Since "word of mouth" is not only the best source of advertisement, Bill, Rick and Jim work in the field to ensure that the client receives outstanding treatment and is completely and totally satisfied.

Dave has been with the Switala's family for 20 years. He has performed each and every job aspect of the company throughout the years from roofing, to siding, to windows and doors. Due to Dave's insistence on quality and his focus on perfection, he has earned the responsibility of handling each client on an individual basis to ensure each client recieves outstanding treatment and the utmost satisfaction with their project.

While Dave's focus is mainly on sales, he also oversees every project to ensure that each client's experience is as comfortable as possible. He also assists in maintaing quality job performance of Switala's highly qualified installers.

Rich is a ten year veteran of the Switala's family whose focus is mainly on sales. It is his goal to work closely with each client to provide quality customer service. When Rich is not focusing on sales, he is in the field tending to various client projects and helping to maintain the quality job performance of Switala's highly qualified installers.

Switala's Construction has approximately 30 highly qualified installers, most of which have been with the company for more than 10 years. Each installer specialized in their own field. Each of Switalas' installers have been trained to provide each client with an exceptional job and respectful treatment while on every project site. They have also been trained to maintain perfection on every project they handle. For this reason, Switala's Construction firmly stands behind each and every one of its projects. Each installer is a company employee.
