Switala's Construction recommends CertainTeed Landmark Shingles due to their high performance rate. We are also CertainTeed Sure Start Certified. Although we recommend CertainTeed shingles, we can provide each client with many varieties in shingle types to meet your project needs. Please allow us to inform you of your options in person so that we may present you with all of the available roofing products and procedures.

Since proper ventitaltion is the key factor of roof preservation, one of our field advisors will inspect all the ventilation factors of the clients' home and bring any changes needed to the clients attention to ensure proper warranty qualifications.

Switala's also offer a variety of flat roofing applications such as Lonseal (our most durable product ) for areas such as walk-out second story porches, PVC for standard flat roof applications and EPDM for visible flat roof applications. A field advisor will discuss the various products and applications to best meet your needs.

Switala's Construction provides estimates from blueprints for "new build " projects as well as "tear off" estimates on existing homes.

Switala's offers exceptional warranties on labor and materials for each project which a field advisor will discuss with you during your estimate.

GUTTERS:

Switala's Construction installs .032 gauge seamless gutters with the hidden hanger system. The hidden hanger system involves screwing in the gutters instead of using spikes and ferrels. You will not see any mounting hardware from the face of the gutter unless your facia board is angled. If your facia board is angled, this application can not be used. the hidden hanger system is in your best interest because spikes are nothing more than large nails that pull out over time.

You can choose to match the siding with your downspouts, or you can keep everything the same color. Any water diverters will also be installed if necessary. Switala's recommends that you replace gutters when installing a new roof or siding to add the finishing touch to your project.
