SIDING:

Switala's Construction offers many types of siding. A field advisor will be able to evaluate your siding needs once he has had an opportunity to meet with you. Please allow us to inform you on your options in person so that we may present you with al the available siding products and variations in the installation process. All field advisors are able to provide samples of each product of interest to the client so that the client will be aware of the exact product they are selecting.

It is Switala's standard procedure to install vented soffits at eaves and solid soffits in peaks. Our facia metal has special bends to prevent the "oil canning" effect which is rippling or waves in the aliminum.

Switala's provides estimates from blueprints for "new build" projects as well as "tear off " estimates on existing homes.

GUTTERS:

Switala's Construction installs .032 gauge seamless gutters with the hidden hanger system. The hidden hanger system involves screwing in the gutters instead of using spikes and ferrels. You will not see any mounting hardware from the face of the gutter unless your facia board is angled. If your facia board is angled, this application can not be used. The hidden hanger system is in your best interest because spikes are nothing more than large nails that pull out over time.

You can choose to match the siding with your downspouts, or you can keep everything the same color. Any water diverters will also be installed if necessary. Switala's recommends that you replace gutters when installing a new roof or siding to add the finishing touch to your project.
